Hospitalist Services Medical Group, Inc. (HSMG) began providing inpatient care
in 1998 and established a hospitalist program with dedicated hospitalists in 2001.
In 2005, we established the name Hospitalist Services Medical Group in order to delineate the unique role of hospitalists within our larger medical group, Valley Emergency Physicians (VEP).
Today, HSMG continues to successfully provide excellent quality medical care in several hospital-based settings throughout California. Our success, in part, can be attributed to the highly dedicated physicians in our group who feel a strong sense of commitment to the practice of medicine and to the communities where they live and serve.
HSMG has a structured office and leadership team to address any matter that can potentially arise within the organization or the field. Our President, Steve Maron, M.D., is not only active with the organization but also continues to practice medicine in order to remain intimately involved with the contracted sites and our providers. Our hospitalist physicians have many years of experience in the Hospitalist arena which ensure quality service.
